Dear Friends

Dear Friends We have good news to tell you! The New Testament in Tarifit has been printed and is now available in 3 versions:

- in Tifinagh script
- in Latin cript
- in Arabic script

TWe are thankful to our God who gives us so many things in His Son Jesus Christ.
Say thanks to the Lord for his great gift!

We are looking for people (men/women) who are willing to help us record this New Testament. We need people who can read Tarifit well in one of the 3 above mentioned scripts, people who understand the text and who have a reasonably clear voice but no artistic level is required. All you need to do is this:

- print a New Testament book from the site

- read it out chapter by chapter until you think you are in control of the text

- record it on a voice recorder

- you can save your recordings in MP3, WAV, AIFF etc. just what is convenient for you

- at the beginning of the chapter say: "Udem Amezwaru", "Udem wiss Tnayen" etc.

- do NOT read the paragraph titles in bold characters, only pause briefly and do NOT press the PAUSE button

- check the files on their quality and if they are fine, please mail the files to us in small portions

Thank you very much!

The Bible says in the book Revelation 1:3 "Blessed is the one who reads the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near." If you have any remarks that we could learn from for the ongoing work of translation and improvement of the text, please send us a separate mail and explain your suggestions and remarks.

If you would like to give a testimony of your faith in Jesus Christ on the site, please write it to us in Tarifit with your first name or just the initial character(s) from you name. If you wish you can also record it as an audio file and send it to us.
